Kadrlar.Uz is a Mini App that connects job seekers and employers directly inside Telegram. Users sign in securely with a single tap through Telegram. The platform collects posts from Telegram channels, uses Claude AI to read each one as a vacancy or a CV, and extracts the relevant fields into a database. New vacancies are sent to matching candidates through the bot. The system covers candidate, employer and admin roles, paid contacts, a referral programme and a full admin panel.
