Carrier Shield Consulting is a DOT compliance and document management platform for US trucking companies. The system tracks the expiry dates of driver and truck documents, sends automatic alerts before anything lapses, and keeps every process in one place.
The platform is integrated with Google Drive and Google Sheets: a ready folder structure is created for each new company, files move automatically when a driver or truck changes status, and the spreadsheets update themselves. Claude AI reads CDL, cab card and medical card details from document images and writes them into the database.
An AI agent in the Telegram group answers questions about the company, drivers, trucks, documents and violations, and finds the right file on Drive and sends it over. The system also covers CSA risk analysis, PDF document generation, electronic signatures, MVR requests and automated reporting.
